Wollongong Wolves are on the verge of signing Bulli prospect Harry Callahan less than a week after he helped his side claim the Illawarra Premier League Grand Final. Sources close to both clubs revealed the 19-year-old has agreed to terms with the Wolves and will officially join them in the coming weeks.

Callahan joined Bulli from the Sutherland Sharks’ youth system in 2017 and has gone on to make 41 appearances scoring eight goals in the League. The attacking midfielder established himself in Matt Bailey’s starting eleven in the back end of the 2018 season culminating in his man of the match performance in their Grand Final win over Wollongong United.

Callahan would be the first signing in the Luke Wilkshire era and he is in line to feature in a friendly against the Central Coast Mariners at Win Stadium next Friday.
